Email addresses are not case sensitive. This means that capital and lower case letters are considered the same letter or character. For security, the characters (letters and numbers) entered in the email field must match the email address on your reservation - regardless of whether the letters of either are capitals or lower case.
You will receive a confirmation receipt of your cancellation via email at this same address.
